Dark Circles Under Eyes

Dark under eye circles are caused by the expansion of blood vessels beneath the thin skin under the eyes and swelling in the area. The appearance of dark circles can be made worse by a lack of sleep, dehydration and allergies, as these all cause blood vessels to dilate and swelling to occur under the eyes.
