Cancellation Policy
Please note that all deposit and consultation fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. Appointments can be rescheduled online or by contacting us at 07923988809. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to move your appointment to another available time slot. Should you proceed with your treatment, your booking fee will be deducted from the total treatment cost. The remaining balance can be settled at the salon via card payment, cash payment or bank transfer.
